For your next rehearsal dinner or other formal engagment, let Cafe Lafourche take care of all the details. We make planning process very simple, providing three very distinct and delicious menus from which to choose - the "Tuscany" menu, the "Alachafalaya" menu, and the "Magnoila" menu. Adobe Reader

"Tuscany" Menu
  • Sensation Salad
  • Mixed garden greens, tomotoes, carrots, and broccoli tossed with a parmesian pepper dressing.

    Boneless, skinless chicken tenders, lightly battered and fried, served with Crawfish Etoufee over a bed of Angel Hair pasta.
  • Rib-Eye
    A 14 ounce USDA cut served with a steaming hot baked potato.
  • Fresh Fish Piccata
    Fresh fish topped wth veal stock, lemon juice, white wine and butter sauce served with Cajun Rice.
